Investors Prospectus is now complete!

Our investment prospectus is now ready to be distributed. The document explains our business plan as well as how investors can benefit from generous government tax benefits.

We have determined that we can make a high-quality film for as little as £250k.  We will raise £150 through the Seed Investment Enterprise Scheme (SEIS) and a further £100k through the original Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS)

Achieving this film for a modest budget vastly increases our chances of making a healthy return. Investors can benefit from receiving half their investment back in tax relief during the first year. They will also be protected from paying capital gains tax on any profits from the film - it's a great deal.

Camera Testing

This week we shall be heading out to shoot some camera tests.  DoP Mark Caldwell is keen to test out his new set of lenses as well as some filter options.

After the camera test we will be able to sit back and watch a fully graded sequence.  This will inform our decision for the visual approach to the film.

We will then extend the test by going to locations in Brighton and shooting test versions of a couple of scenes.

Camera pictured here is the Sony F5.

Investor's Prospectus Shoot

Thanks to a very talented group of actors we were able to shoot a collection of images to include in our Investor's Prospectus.

The images are drawn from scenes in the movie and illustrate how the film could look.

Here we see scary Gothic shop assistant Imogen.  Imogen is looking for love but somehow everyone she meets ends up running for the hills.  It may have something to do with her short temper and passion for unusual sex games, but she is becoming ever more desperate.
